Each customized treatment plan is based upon the patient’s unique health needs and the professional judgment of Dr. Parikh. Co-payments or out of pocket expenses will be estimated in advance of treatment. Once treatment is complete and all insurance payments are received, we’ll reconcile the account. Patients are responsible for any underpayment at that point.
